This machine is designed for mass production of standard 89×41mm C-type light steel keels. It works with 0.8mm to 1.2mm high-strength galvanized and galvalume steel strips, and is widely used for manufacturing frameworks of light steel villas, modular buildings, commercial buildings, as well as walls, floors and roofs. Equipped with full servo drive and PLC control system, the machine realizes fully automatic operation from decoiling, leveling, forming, punching to cutting. Its positioning accuracy reaches ±0.5mm, delivering finished products with standard dimensions, good straightness and smooth burr-free cuts.
Different from ordinary models, this C89 keel machine features integrated 8-station punching process, enabling one-step forming without secondary processing. It can complete dimple holes, chamfering, web wipe cuts, flange cuts, service holes, suspension notches, fixed-length cutting and anchor holes in one go, fully meeting all production requirements for light steel construction. Standard holes and tight connections effectively improve construction accuracy, structural stability and on-site installation efficiency.
The production speed ranges from 300–700m/h, capable of handling large-volume orders. The machine frame is welded with thickened steel plates, and key dies are made of wear-resistant alloy steel with heat treatment, ensuring sturdiness, low failure rate and long service life. Every unit undergoes strict commissioning and full-load testing before delivery to guarantee reliable performance.
